- The Next Step for CSR: Economic Democracy, Marjorie Kelly: After 15 years of publishing Business Ethics, she is struck by how little of real substance has actually changed. While codes of conduct, social investing, and triple bottom line reporting have become common place, they fail to tell us whats really going on inside companies: unremitting pressure to get the numbers, by any means possible. In this article she says we must focus on democratizing the structures of power. Read More...

Collective Intelligence
by Craig Hamilton
Can we discover a depth of wisdom far beyond what is available to individuals alone? As Bill Veltrop, former Exxon executive and founder of the International Center for Organization Design, puts it, We're absolutely convinced that we're experiencing the beginnings of an evolutionary shift that's greater than anything we've ever experienced . . . as [a] society.

What we make up is what happens!
-Danaan Perry (from Elise Harvey)
In the century now dawning, spirituality, visionary consciousness, and the ability to build and mend human relationships will be more important for the fate and safety of this nation than our capacity to forcefully subdue an enemy. Creating the world we want is a much more subtle but more powerful mode of operation than destroying the one we don't want."
-- Marianne Williamson

PASSION PROJECT
from Rob Curtner" and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make"
The purpose of this visioning template is to bring into awareness and action more details about a work related project that embraces and is in alignment with your passion. The importance of connecting passion with envisioning new work projects is simple -- happiness, motivation and the health of congruence. If you make your dream come true it feels good! More here
What the Bleep Do We Know!?
by Tom Huston
Something unusual hit the world running this past spring. Opening at art-house theaters across the western U.S., and winning every independent film festival award it was nominated for, an effects-laden docudrama began stunning viewers everywhere with its creative confluence of science and spiritualityand subverting common notions of reality along the way. Once in a while a film comes out that can change the world, and this is one of those films, avowed one fan on the film's website.
