Congratulations! Your Promoting Active Communities assessment for Lansing city has been accepted. We appreciate the dedication and effort of all those in your community who contributed to the completion of the Promoting Active Communities self-assessment. We look forward to reviewing your award application.
(NOTE: If you submitted your assessment in error, please contact me.)
The final score located on the Summary and Score section of the Promoting Active Communities website is a very good indication of what your official final score will be. We will review all applications individually before we determine award levels. There are five different award levels (from highest):
**Platinum
**Gold
**Silver
**Bronze
**Copper
Our staff will review each assessment to make sure that all scoring is fair for each community, and to determine final award levels. In most cases, there will be no changes to scoring.
Although you cannot change or edit your answers, your final Summary and Score page and assessment form will remain available for a couple of months. Just go to the website at http://www.Mihealthtools.org/communities, log in as usual, and you'll be able to view your final Summary and Score page. You will also be able to review and print this year's assessment responses from the Summary and Score page. We will notify you via email before we refresh the database for next year's assessment and award application cycle. At that point, your information will no longer be available at the website.
For now, please be on the look out for the following information related to the award process:
** You will receive an email from us sometime in September with your final award level. This email also will provide pertinent details about award recognition.
** A detailed report will be compiled for all community applicants related to their assessment. These will be posted on the Promoting Active Communities website and can be viewed on line or printed. We will notify you via email when your report is available and will provide instructions on how to access your report on the Promoting Active Communities website.
Please feel free to contact me with questions or if you need further information.
Many thanks again for your interest in the Promoting Active Communities Program!
