About SEMCA...

SEMCA exists to maintain and improve the quality of life in the Southeast Marble area.  We help maintain the friendliness and stability of the neighborhood and encourage the exchange of ideas.  We address challenges, take actions, encourage compliance with city ordinances, and discourage speculative ventures which could downgrade the quality of life.
