Dear Resident:

Please be informed that the East Lansing Transportation Commission at their meeting of October 16 will be discussing the conversion of Hagadorn Road between Grand River and Saginaw from a four lane roadway to a three lane roadway with on street bike paths.  Preliminary designs have been completed for this conversion and will be presented at the meeting.

Before making a recommendation to the East Lansing City Council, the City Transportation Commission is interested in hearing your comments, suggestions and ideas regarding the conversion of Hagadorn Road to 3-lanes.  The conversion will discussed by the Transportation Commission at their meeting scheduled for 7:30 pm, October 16, 2006 in 54-B District Court Room No. 2, 101 Linden Street, East Lansing, Michigan.  Please feel free to attend the meeting and present any ideas or suggestions you may have regarding this matter.  Correspondence for forwarding to the Commission may be e-mailed to tsneath@cityofeastlansing.com or sent to the City Engineering Department, 410 Abbott Road, East Lansing, Michigan, 48823.
