Dear classmates,

  "Dear students" just didn't sound quite right.  "Colleagues" was a little too formal.  Classmates seemed to fit my belief that we are all co-learners this term.  I'll teach you a few things, you'll teach me, and we will all hopefully learn quite a bit this term.

Space is still available for Pierce Cedar Creek Institute's 3rd Annual Renewable Energy Conference on Saturday, January 22. The cost is only $30 per person and includes lunch. Pat Hudson of the State Energy Office and Tom Stanton of the Michigan Public Service Commission will give the State of the State Energy Report.
