Michigan's leading thinkers (and doers) present interactive sessions on energy and sustainability. Following a break, students and participants continue the dialogue and share additional ideas.

April 11	Calculate Your Ecological Footprint	Mark Clevey, Small Business Association of Michigan Mark is one of Michigan's leading advocates for energy efficiency and sustainable business practices.	Optional dialogue and student presentations.
18	Introduction to Solar Energy for Today and Tomorrow	Dave Lankheet, Sundu Solar Thousands of Michigan homes and businesses use solar energy for heating and electricity. Explore the current "state of solar" with one of Michigan's foremost solar contractors/educators.	Students Phil Manteuffel and Jordon Allen will also share some of their research on wind and photovoltaic power.
25	Introduction to Green Building	Gene Townsend Green Builder This session will feature and overview of past and present green building criteria.	Students Bryon Kavanagh and Travis James will share information about alternative energy and ecological options.
May 2	Introduction to Bio-Fuels	To be determined	Students Phil Manteuffel, Doug Bonnett, and Jordan Allen will present on fuel cells, ethanol, and biodiesel.
